Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most EU countries, including Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden, as well as the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and Japan.

Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times
5 to 10 business days. Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, or customs clearance.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order. Free shipping is offered regularly. Express shipping is available for faster delivery. All shipping costs are clearly displayed before payment.

Customs & Import Duties
Any customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees that may be charged upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or other external circumstances. If your order is delayed, please contact our customer service at info@vondrao.com. Claims for lost shipments must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Transfer of Ownership & Risk
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer at the time the shipment is handed over to the carrier, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any items are damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at info@vondrao.com. Include your order number and attach photos where applicable. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our return policy.

Legal Notice (Delivery Standards)
In accordance with international consumer protection standards, orders must be delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. In the event of loss during shipping, customers are entitled to a refund or replacement. All shipping costs must be clearly stated before the purchase is finalised.
